A: American citizens
US citizens do not have need a visa to enter Equatorial Guinea, but must fill two visa application forms and submit two passport photos.
If the trip is for business, they must also present a letter from the company indicating the nature and duration of the trip.
If the stay is greater than ninety days, they must obtain a permit from the National Police of Malabo or Bata and sufficient funds to demonstrate that their expenses are guarantees in Equatorial Guinea or present an employment contract.
Likewise, they must provide a valid passport and proof of smallpox, yellow fever and vaccination against cholera.
B: All others
To obtain an entry visa to Equatorial Guinea, all others citizens must present to the embassy:
Original passport and valid. Photocopies are not accepted. Photocopies are not accepted.
Two requests duly completed and signed forms and an identity photo with each form.
A check or a non-refundable money order of 100 € as payment folder.
The yellow fever vaccine is compulsory and those against malaria, cholera, typhoid fever, hepatitis and the tetanus-diphtheria are recommended.

The Embassy of Equatorial Guinea in the Republic of Congo, recurrent in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Burundi grants the following rates of visas: Business, Tourism, Family visit, Transit and Religious. Visa applications as well as withdrawal during business hours and Monday to Friday.
The presented passport must be valid for at least 6 months, from of the expiration date. for Your file should include:
Two copies of the visa application document.
Two recent passport-size photographs of the applicant in color.
Certificate of good conduct issued by the Police.
Vaccination card containing the yellow fever vaccine.
Letter of invitation legalized by the authorities of the emigration from Equatorial Guinea. This letter must contain the name and passport number of the applicant and have a validity of 3 months to from the date of shipment.
Applicants are responsible for depositing and collecting their passports at the Embassy.
Visa applications will be approved in strict compliance with the required conditions. Incomplete applications will be categorically rejected. In the event that your visa application is denied, the file will remain at the Embassy. Only the passport will be withdrawn. The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents from the applicants (if deemed necessary), as well as personal interviews. Resident citizens may obtain their visa through the Embassy in the following countries: Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Burundi.
Once the above documents have been collected, applicants must present the following additional documents, depending on the type of visa: submit the following visa application:
Business Invitation from the company that receives you in Equatorial Guinea, with a detailed explanation of the reasons for your trip.
Tourism Letter from the bank confirming that you have a minimum of 1314844.92 Franc in your account. Hotel reservation.
Family visit Invitation from his family to Equatorial Guinea.
Religious Invitation from your contact to Equatorial Guinea. Authorization of the Ministry of Justice, Worship and Institutions penitentiaries (in Malabo or Bata).
